By providing product information, images, pricing and available inventory, the reps can more effectively sell your products. Online purchase order entry, shipping information and open order management allow the reps to manage their business without constant factory contact, which enables you to focus your resources on key customers.

Ongoing Training

Credit and Collections
EMG assumes the responsibility of credit and collections for the small dealer customer base – the vendor manages one invoice for EMG – we do the rest!

Distribution
EMG ships orders to the small dealer customer base – from pallet orders to drop ship fulfillment orders. The vendor ships to EMG by the truck-load, we break the shipment out and re-distribute accordingly. EMG utilizes three warehouses to efficiently handle vendor goods – from the East Coast to the West Coast, we’ve got you covered!

Advertising Management
EMG will work within the vendor guidelines to manage advertising opportunities with each customer. Because the small dealer advertising program is handled internally at EMG, the vendor is taken out of the equation!

Return Goods Management
EMG’s return policy mimic’s that of the vendor and is fair and flexible. It allows the return of goods from the customer with minimal hassle.
