EMG is a leading supplier of dozens of name-brand small appliance, housewares and personal care product lines – and more to major retailers and e-tailers across the U.S.A.
EMG’s eCommerce fulfillment program is overseen by a group of sales, operations and distribution professionals who have been involved in industry-leading fulfillment programs, with major eCommerce retailers, since the infancy of eCommerce retailing in the mid-1990’s.
EMG’s eCommerce customer list is a “Who’s Who” of the eCommerce world, including the largest pure-play eCommerce sites and the online divisions of major brick-and-mortar retailers. At the same time, dozens of smaller eCommerce sites also look to EMG to provide a variety of name-brand products, at very competitive prices, via EMG’s fast and reliable Fulfillment Merchandise Program (FMP)
Here is a brief overview of EMG’s FMP:
EMG provides the retailer with product info and images on hundreds of available new, first-quality products from dozens of name-brand manufacturers.
EMG provides retailer with a “one price” item cost for each item, which includes the item, all handling costs to process, pick and pack the item and the costs of all related packing supplies (box, tape, dunnage). Actual shipping charges are either billed to retailer’s UPS account or added to retailer’s invoice.
EMG transmits a business-daily inventory to advise retailer of listed items’ stock levels.
Within 24-48 business hours from receipt of retailer’s orders, EMG processes the order, picks, packs and ships the item to the consumer.
Shipment tracking is updated and sent “real time” from our system to retailer via various electronic formats. Invoices are e-mailed to retailer on a business-daily basis.
In the event that the customer wishes to return an item, EMG’s return policy is a fair and flexible one that allows the return of goods from the consumer with minimal hassle.
